Burnout is real!

Busyness is not a Virtue!
Unfortunately, nowadays it's becoming the norm to be over-busy, exposing ourselves to a high level of stress.
For a woman entrepreneur, burn-out is almost inevitable.
By nature, we already tend to over-function, so when we are not setting boundaries or defining priorities we are basically preparing the perfect cocktail for a mental breakdown!
What are the signs of Burnout?
- Lack of enthusiasm/ excitement regarding your business,
- Fatigue & feeling of exhaustion,
- Physical symptoms such as insomnia, headaches, heart palpitation, memory loss, dizziness.
What can you do?
1- Get more SLEEP,
2- BLOCK TIME, schedule your days, plan time slots for when you work and when you take breaks (if you don't like planning, you can use a Pomodoro timer online to help you make sure you get enough breaks throughout the day),
3 - Connect with NATURE, at least once a week, it will help you to recharge your batteries,
4 -When possible, DELEGATE as much as you can.
No matter what you decide to do, keep in mind that Burnout is a sign that something NEEDS to CHANGE
